You can manage your Content Settings at Manage > Content Manager > Settings (tab)

Content Settings help determine how your website behaves in a number of ways.  The following provides guidance on the settings for both the Framework version of the website and the Community version (Clubs & Associations basic websites).  All businesses will have the Framework version of the website.

If you have the Community edition SmartSpace site (without Framework) go to the Settings tab at the top of the main Content Manager page:

• If you wish to have extra content pages, tick the Enable Content Menu selection and save the changes.
• Tick the Enable Latest News field if you want to show News and also a summary of your selected Programs, Services, Events and Competitions.
• We strongly advise that you create some content for the Home page of your website either by creating and publishing a Welcome Message or making one of the News selections.
• You can made further selections in the Website Framework > Welcome Panel page as well.

If you have the Website Framework module (all business website have this module):

• Only a few of the Content Settings selections apply to Website Frameworks;
  • A slightly different set of options are seen for those with the website frameworks module.
• The structure of your website is managed through the Website Framework menu on the left;
  • All elements of your website are activated and configured using the menu items under this heading.
• The Website Templates module is currently being rewritten to integrate further with content.  Please contact SmartSpace for specific questions regarding your framework.
